Beth Bennett was great, would have been better if we would have spoken with her about the results of the x-ray. Still not sure what results mean.

Beth answered all our questions - and we had a lot! We felt very heard and appreciated the genuine invitation to call the office or message any time we had questions or the treatment plan wasn't working.

The provider even encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything.

Would love to give Beth 10/10. She's amazing. Always listens and providing feedback that shows she knows what she's talking about and understands.

Beth is very thorough and takes special care with our unique situation. She includes my young daughter in the decision making and POC. She treats her the same respect that she shows adults/parents. She takes time to problem solve and listens to both mine and my daughter's concerns.

I wish the recommendations were presented with options. I had to ask questions to determine that there would good, viable alternatives to going straight to a GI scope. Risks vs benefits and alternatives should be brought up by the provider. A lot of parents wouldn't feel comfortable or have the knowledge to do that from their end.
