My passion is translating science into practice - in order to provide education and self-management guidance that is realistic and do-able. My desire is to step alongside my patients as a think partner, to focus on what's important to them, what's going well, and to build upon that to reach their health goals and help live life to the fullest. I am an advocate for person-centered care and believe that self-compassion is essential when living with a chronic condition.
