Do you know your risk for heart disease?

The first step to fighting heart disease is knowing your risk. Take this quiz to understand your risk factors.

Is your blood pressure greater than 120/80 mm/Hg?
Have you been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation?
Is your fasting blood sugar greater than 100 mg/dL?
Is your body mass index (BMI) greater than 25kb/m2?

Is your diet high in saturated fat, trans fat, sweetened beverages, salt or excess calories?
Is your total blood cholesterol greater than 180 mg/dL?
Have you been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus?
Do you participate in 40 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity 3-4 days a week?
Do you have a family history of heart disease in a primary relative (mother, father, sibling)?
Do you smoke?
