Molly is a registered dietitian with over 15 years experience in the field of dietetics. Molly has served individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including outpatient pediatric and adult nutrition counseling, retail and culinary nutrition, and long-term care/transitional acute care settings. She has a passion for working with children and their families to identify challenges and guide them in setting achievable goals to improve overall health and wellness.
Entering the field of nutrition was a natural fit for me as I have a personal interest in the role food choices and eating patterns can have in promoting health and preventing disease. I enjoy guiding families in meal planning, shopping and recipe modifications to help feed healthy families. My style is to provide encouragement and motivation in making healthful changes while promoting a healthy relationship with food in pediatric patients. I believe in helping patients create healthy balance among all foods and encouraging routine physical activity and movement.
