Spent 5-6 minutes with me. Each time I see him he gets in and out as quick as he can. Told me there are no tests or scans for the ear when I told him I had never had any done.

  He was so rushed he couldn't speak to me . He put the numbing drops in my ear and lanced it all in less than a minute , when I began to cry he handed me a tissues and said see you in a week . I hate being that rushed and not behind able to ask anything

  Dr. Jones was very personable and explained things and next steps well. I didn't get the sense he was very interested in what I had to say outside of answering questions he asked. Not sure if he's like that with everyone but if it had been something more complex I'd have been way less satisfied.

  I feel Dr. Raleigh Jones treated me according to my weight instead of the medical issue I was there for. Normally I don't have theses feelings after leaving an appointment at UK but after reading the notes he put in my chart, I was very upset. He made assumptions about a medication that he believed I had been on in the past that I actually never was. He blamed my medical issue on that assumption of medication so I don't feel I received the care I should have.
