Overall a very positive experience.

When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be called back only after I asked the front desk about it. When the doctor came in, the nurse and student followed her in. (I know it's a teaching hospital) they all arranged themselves in a half circle around me and Dr. Waldman took a few steps back, across the room, kept her hands in her pockets and just looked at me and said, ok Hi what can I do for you? And then just looked at me.It made me very uncomfortable and just wasn't the more personable experience we all usually have. I immediately wanted to leave and just say nevermind. I felt very judged and put on the spot.

Dr. Waldman is outstanding. Not only does she manage the efficient TEAM cooperation of all her staff members, this clinic is run most efficiently. Dr Waldman listens carefully to the patient and provides complete instructions for 'aftercare', utilizing handouts.

I was having a routine body scan/check for skin cancer. Just return in one year

Rushed through visit, faced me towards door and medical assistant who was documenting and quickly pulling off my gown without any regard to privacy or exposure. I kept having to hold the gown so it wouldn't fall down.

Appointment felt very rushed. Was given treatments without explanation.

Dr. Waldman was wonderful and easy to talk to. Had a great experience with the nurses. Dr. Waldman answered all my questions and was very detailed in what medication she was prescribing me. Nurses did a great job in the checkout procedure to make sure I didn't have more questions.

My chart indicates I was educated on certain things regarding cherry angiomas and was given photoprotection and SPF 50+ recommended for daily use. Iwas not educated on any of the things they list and was not given anything or told to use SPF 50+ daily. I was only told everything was benign. I don't think lies should be put in the patient's chart.

Talked too fast. In a hurry.

I felt all of my concerns were dismissed and because of it my child was misdiagnosed. The provider did not seem very knowledgeable.

The doctor did a skin check - I had zero time to mention anything. I have a spot around my arm and neck and she didn't see them. It's worrisome to me that people aren't getting proper care. As I left she was just looking @ the internet.

Very professional, informative I was impressed with her knowledge.
