Pre-adoption medical evaluations
When your adoption referral is received from an adoption agency our physician will review the available information and offer a medical opinion on the health and medical risks of the child. You can contact Shawn M. Taylor, MD, for more information or to arrange a pre-adoption evaluation at email@example.com.
Post-adoption initial health screens
After your child arrives in the United States, we offer a comprehensive medical exam including a physical examination, growth and development assessments, labs and appropriate referrals if needed.
We recommend your child be evaluated within two to three weeks after their arrival in the United States.
For patient appointments, please ask your primary care provider or pediatrician to make a referral.
