Dr. Kapoor is very compassionate. He was very apologetic about the delay. I am very happy to wait my turn for treatment but shutting a patient in a small room with no explanation and abrupt tech was not pleasant!

Dr. Kapoor gave me back my life five years ago. He was the first physician who listened to me. His treatment has been inclusive, thorough, and he Is very open about my prognosis and treatments. I feel heard by Dr. Kapoor. His treatment has helped me regain function and return to work and a normal enough life. I have recommended him many times and will continue to do so.

I have seen *Dr. Kapoor for 9 years, and his level of care for complex cases such as mine doesn't exist elsewhere. He is concerned about me as a patient and as a human being. My feelings always matter to him.

The physician did not educate me on adverse events of a medication I was taking. He accepted adverse events I experienced as "normal" but they were very difficult to live with from day to day. When I suggested a different treatment plan, I was completely shut down because it would be too much work.

When Dr. Kapoor finally came on the call he said he had been having technical difficulties. The appointment was a follow up to discuss the results of an MRI, which he had requested in order to rule out anything serious and then make a treatment plan. He seemed to have no idea of why I was seeing him. He thought I had already been to the interventional pain clinic, when in reality, he had wanted me to have the MRI before sending me there. I had to ask him to look at the MRI results and then ask him to explain them to me. He gave me incorrect information about MS, and wanted to send me for invasive treatments, which he had previously told me insurance was not likely to cover. I asked him if there was a non-invasive option such as physical therapy. He said, after my asking, that that was an option. He was vague, and not helpful.
