My doctor (Hays) did not listen to my concerns or my experience at all and did not give me any sort of reasonable outcome or solution to my issue and pretty much just handed me a pamphlet.

WOW is all I have to say. My care provider was outstanding not only was she very thorough with explaining my sickness but was very considerate with how I felt. She was over the top. She was so sweet she went out of her way to walk me down to the pharmacy just to make sure everything went okay. I can't express how amazing my experience was especially since I was going through such a hard time in that moment.

Dr. Hays always does such a great job making sure I understand the treatment plan and different treatment options. If she isn't able to help with my concerns, she does a wonderful job of referring me to someone she knows who can. I really appreciate her effort and time she spends providing quality care.

She did such a good job at making me feel as if she really wanted me to get better. Compared the a previous care provider I had there, she actually listened to me and made sure I didn't leave without treatment
