Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic

Helping families find answers

The Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic evaluates and diagnoses children facing neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, complex ADHD, intellectual disabilities and more.

Children with complex developmental-behavioral conditions need expert, compassionate care. The specialized team at the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic at Kentucky Children’s Hospital is here to support children, families and providers.

Our team is a group of dedicated experts in developmental-behavioral conditions who have extensive experience in diagnosing and guiding treatment for neurodevelopmental disorders. We regularly work with children and families who are facing complex developmental-behavioral conditions that require ongoing medical management. These include:

  • Autism spectrum disorder.
  • Complex/complicated attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
  • Developmental difficulties associated with complex medical conditions, including genetic disorders or congenital heart defects.
  • Global developmental delay (delays in more than one area of development).
  • Intellectual disability.
