UK Twilight Children's Clinic offers primary care after hours, on holidays
If your child gets sick over the holidays, you can still count on the UK Twilight Children’s Clinic for primary care.
The Twilight Children's Clinic offers pediatric primary care services after regular office hours and is located on the fourth floor of the Kentucky Clinic. It is staffed by Kentucky Children's Hospital pediatricians who can help treat young patients with symptoms such as a sore throat, earache, fever or nausea.
While many pediatricians' offices may be closed or have limited hours during the holidays, the Twilight Children's Clinic will be open on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve from Noon to 3 p.m. The clinic will be closed on Christmas Day.
The clinic is open from 5 to 9 p.m. on normal weekdays and noon to 5 p.m. on normal weekends.
Call 859-257-6730, and a nurse will help determine if your child's symptoms require a doctor's visit and will help make an appointment. Your pediatrician will be provided with all the necessary follow-up information. No walk-ins, please.
