    Our provider developed a plan of care and discussed it with us from beginning to end so that we were aware of what we should expect moving forward. Then the nurse brought us paperwork with detailed instructions so that we would be able to remember what to do. We are so glad someone has finally listened to us and our concerns are being addressed!
