I was born and raised in Kentucky and feel a close kinship to fellow Kentuckians. I chose nursing as a career because of an interest in helping others in illness and in health and enjoy doing this in my home state of Kentucky. I received my Associate’s degree in nursing in 1995 and later continued my education while working at UK advancing now to a Master’s degree in nursing. I have worked in family practice as a nurse practitioner for 6 years and as a registered nurse for 24 years. I enjoy a focus in general health care with a special interest in preventive care.

Was treated in a timely manner. Carrie Crum was very interested in any concerns I had and updated all my records since last visit and was very caring.
Dr.Crum always sits and listens to me. I'm not use to this from my old doctor.
My experience with Carrie Crum APRN, is always great! Carrie takes the time to listen to you and make suggestions. I have had a lot of primary care Dr's and Carrie is by far the BEST! She treats you with respect and concern!
