I have already told a few female friends about this provider. She gave options and explained everything, we learned something!! Also, one very big thing is that she spoke to my mother and gave her the time she needed to express herself. My mom has ALS and speaking isn't something that comes easy, so she signs and writes a lot. She was so happy that this provider and everyone in the office didn't yell at her (she can hear fine), they were kind to her, and they spoke to her. I was thrilled with the treatment she got. I would actually feel okay about her attending an appt here in her own.

This was my 1st visit with Amber. She listened to what I had to say and took it into consideration when making decisions. She did not blow off what I had to say nor did she not believe me when I described what was happening. It was nice to have a Dr who listened, since I am the patient and the one having problems.

The provider was detailed enough so that I did not have many questions. Questions were answered and a follow up visit in one year was scheduled. If I had more questions I am certain they would have been addressed.
