Sara Haynes, PT, MPT has been practicing physical therapy since 2002. Through her career as a physical therapist she has treated pelvic health, spine, and orthopedic conditions.
Over half of Sara’s career as a physical therapist has been dedicated to Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. Sara has been practicing pelvic health PT at UK HealthCare since 2013 and helped to develop the pelvic health program at UK. Sara also serves as a mentor to other physical therapists interested in pelvic health PT.
Sara has received a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section of Women’s Health, of which she is a member. Sara enjoys the one-on-one care she is able to provide to her clients, sharing in her clients' successes, and being a part of their healing process.
