    Jessica earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Milligan College in 2011 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Milligan in 2007. Jessica completed her National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy in 2012 as well as completing a certification in Electrical Stimulation and Thermal Agents. She practiced as an occupational therapist in East Tennessee treating shoulder to hand conditions for 5 years prior to moving to Kentucky. She also has experience in inpatient rehabilitation where she enjoyed expanding her clinical skills. Jessica is excited for the opportunity to return to hand therapy and is currently working toward completing certification in hand therapy.

    Personal Statement

    It was important to me to pursue a helping career which would allow me to play a small role in improving the quality of life for others. I explored several healthcare related fields and enjoyed the holistic and patient centered approach of occupational therapy. I enjoy helping patients work to gain independence in every day occupations and gain the ability to return to activities that they love. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter as well as extended family and friends.
