Phone Information Nurse (PIN) is available for telephone consultation for illness, injuries, lab results, or other health concerns or questions. Our PIN is available by calling 859-323-4636 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Appointments are required for UHS visits. For primary care, women’s health and health education appointments, you will go to the second floor of the UHS building at 830 S. Limestone. For behavioral health appointments, you will go to the fourth floor of the UHS building, located at
830 S. Limestone.
Bring your student ID and your insurance card to every appointment.
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before your appointment time and sign in with the receptionist at the front desk. You will then be directed to the self-check-in kiosks. When finished with the self-check-in, have a seat in the lobby. Your name will be
called, and you will be directed to the exam room.

After your appointment, you will be directed to the check-out desk. If services that are not covered by your Health Fee are provided, you can pay at check-out. Payments are expected at the time of your appointment for services not covered by the Health Fee. If a follow-up
appointment is recommended, you may schedule that at the time of check-out as well.
