Biography

My name is John Ranseen; I received my doctor of philosophy degree from Ohio University, Athens. I consult with multiple testing organizations in regard to the provision of accommodations on licensing exams based on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I perform competency and criminal responsibility evaluations (criminal forensic evaluations) for the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center (KCPC).
