UK HealthCare is committed to providing you with detailed information about your medical bills and medical records.

Direct your questions about your hospital bill to the Patient Accounts department between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 859-257-8111or toll free 1-800-288-2779.

If you would like a copy of your medical records, you should discuss it with your physician. While in the hospital, you may request your records by calling Medical Correspondence at 859-323-5117 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you would like to request a copy after you are discharged, please contact:
