A major goal of the UK Organ Failure & Transplantation Network is to work with community physicians to provide pre- and post-transplantation care to patients in their community.

As a member of the network, you will gain access to an informational binder and resources on this site to assist you in treating your transplant patients.

Organ Transplant Tracking Record (OTTR)

As a network member you can access patient information via the Organ Transplant Tracking Record Web portal. OTTR provides:

• referring physicians with an easy-to-use web interface for instant access to their patient records.
• Authorized users the ability to view their patient records at home, at the office, or while traveling because you only need access to a computer and an internet connection to review their patients’ records anytime and anywhere.
