Nursing special services

There are over 35 procedural nurses at UK HealthCare. Each procedural nurse has the opportunity to learn skills needed throughout the seven diagnostic service areas:

• Endoscopy 
• Cardiac catheterization lab
• Electrophysiology lab
• Invasive radiology
• MRI 
• CT scan
• Radiation Medicine

Our procedural nurses are proficient as they assist physicians with all types of diagnostic testing and therapeutic interventions. Our nurses continually learn new skills and techniques that keep UK HealthCare on the cutting edge of technology.
