Prescriptions

Please bring your medicine bottles and a current list of medicines you are taking with you to your doctor's appointment. Ask for the prescription refill while your doctor is in the room with you. Please allow 72 hours for prescription refills by your doctor and for prescriptions requiring prior authorization from your insurance company. Remember to tell your doctor about any drug allergies you have.

Please remember all physicians are not in the outpatient center every day, so be sure to call 72 hours in advance for prescription pick-up.

Most pain medicines cannot be called into a pharmacy – federal law requires pain medicine prescriptions be written. These prescriptions may be picked up in person or mailed. Please allow seven business days for delivery by mail. Please be aware of how much medicine you have left and how much you need before choosing to have a prescription mailed to you.
