To UK Gill Heart Institute or Center for Advanced Surgery (Gill Building) from Ashland, Hazard and Paintsville via I-64

• Follow I-64 West toward Lexington where it merges with I-75. Keep right at the Y in the interstate, going toward Louisville.


• Take exit 113 (marked Paris/Lexington).


• Turn right onto North Broadway (US 68 West/KY 27 South). You will pass Applebee's Baseball Stadium.


• Follow North Broadway toward downtown Lexington. You will drive under a flashing light at Transylvania University. North Broadway becomes South Broadway after crossing Main Street.


• Continue on South Broadway past the Radisson and Hyatt Hotels. After a mile, move into the left hand lane.


• Turn left onto Virginia Avenue at the traffic light just past the Shell gas station.


• Turn right onto South Limestone. Turn left at the second light onto Hospital Drive.


• Turn right immediately to park in the hospital parking garage. To drop off a patient, turn left and follow Hospital Drive to the Gill Building entrance.
