Take US 27 (Lexington Road) to Lexington.

Follow US 27/Lexington for about 9 miles from Bypass 27A. When you enter Fayette County, the name changes to Nicholasville Road. You will cross Man o' War Blvd., pass Fayette Mall, and cross over New Circle Road (KY 4) and Southland Drive.

When you cross Waller/Cooper Drive, Nicholasville Road changes to South Limestone. Signs for UK Medical Center will be on the right.

Continue on South Limestone. Turn right onto Hospital Drive.

Turn right immediately to park in the hospital parking garage. To drop off a patient, turn left and follow Hospital Drive to the Gill Building entrance.
