Specialized evaluation for the patient experiencing the symptoms of neuropathy (numbness, tingling, weakness, pain) and availability of advanced neurodiagnostic techniques (quantitative sensory evaluation, nerve conduction studies, electromyography) allow for the diagnosis of this common but often difficult-to-diagnose problem. In association with the Neurogenetics Program, genetic testing can also be arranged if indicated.
