Happy mouth bit recalled!

Published 06-07-2012 3:46 PM | Fernanda Camargo

The famous Happy Mouth bits, the ones that taste like peanut-butter and apple (well, supposedly, I never personally tasted them), have been recalled.

The wire becomes frayed and the bit can break, leaving the rider without control of the horse.

There have been accidents, resulting in injuries, including fractured bones, bruises and back pain from falls.

If you have a Happy mouth bit, you should stop using it and get a refund for it.

You can get a refund from English Riding Supply.
