My name is John A. Yozwiak; I received my Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2003. I completed an internship in clinical psychology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison in the Department of Psychiatry, which was followed by a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, Calif.

Prior to returning to Lexington, Ky. in 2008, I was a staff psychologist at the University of Minnesota Medical School in the Department of Medicine, Minneapolis.
