Personal statement

One thing that makes me feel very passionate about my field is the fact that whenever we treat a patient, they're actually ours for about a period of six to eight weeks. I see these patients every single day, I get to know them and I get to know their families. I learn all about them, inside and out, and along the way I become a big part of their cancer journey and their cancer treatment, which is very unique compared to any other field in oncology.
