My name is Tom C. Badgett; I earned my medical degree from the University of Louisville and my doctorate in molecular biology from the University of Kentucky. I completed an internship and residency in the Department of Pediatrics at University of Louisville and Kosair Children’s Hospital.
I came to Kentucky Children’s Hospital from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health where I have been a pediatric hematology/oncology fellow. My research at the National Cancer Institute focused on next-generation sequencing of pediatric solid tumor genomes.
