Jason R. Bylund, MD


My name is Jason Bylund; I am a native Kentuckian, having grown up in Morehead and graduated from Rowan County Senior High School. I have a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and received my medical degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine. I also completed residency training in urology at the University of Kentucky, followed by a fellowship in endourology and minimally invasive urology, also at the University of Kentucky.

I am board certified by the American Board of Urology. I currently specialize in the prevention and treatment of kidney stones, surgical treatment of kidney cancer and other kidney diseases, and laparoscopic and robot-assisted urologic surgery.
