My name is Susan E. Spires; I received my medical degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, Lexington. I then completed fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Cytopathology at the University of Kentucky, Lexington. I have been active in the Lexington Medical Society, serving as President in 2005-2006; and in the College of American Pathology, where I worked with payment systems.
