My name is Elizabeth G. Holt; I received my medical degree and completed my residency and fellowship with the University of Kentucky. I served as chief resident at UK and was honored as the KMA Resident of the Year for 2004-05. I was also named Resident of the Year and Outstanding Resident Teacher in 2003-04.

After three years in private practice I have returned to the university.
