My name is Aftab Chishti; I received my medical degree from the Aga Khan University Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan. I then completed a fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston.

I am board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Nephrology and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.
