Biography

My name is Katie Ballert; I received my medical degree from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine. I completed a urology residency at University of Florida, Gainesville. I then completed a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at New York University, School of Medicine.

I specialized in female and male urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse voiding dysfunction and overactive bladder. I offer a wide range of treatment options including female and male slings, artificial urinary sphincter insertion, pessaries, transvaginal and robotic procedures, Botox injections and neuromodulation.

I am board certified by the American Board of Urology with Subspecialty Board Certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
