Khaled Ziada received his medical degree from Cairo University, School of Medicine, Egypt. He then completed internal medicine residency and general cardiovascular medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Ziada stayed at the Cleveland Clinic for interventional fellowship training in cardiac and vascular interventions as well as a research fellowship in intravascular ultrasound.

Ziada is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.
