The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine offers a variety of comprehensive services including:

• Cartilage restoration through the Center for Cartilage Repair and Restoration, the first of its kind in Kentucky

UK HealthCare is committed to providing you with detailed information about your medical records.

If you would like a copy of your medical records, you should discuss it with your physician. While in the hospital, you may request your records by calling Medical Correspondence at 859-323-5117 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you would like to request a copy after you are discharged, please contact:
