 APM (Ambulatory Practice Management) --  is the UKHC patient Registration and Appointment Scheduling system.  There are several classes that Enterprise Learning offers to meet the needs of end-users.  To determine which class(es) you should take, please click Guideline for APM (Ambulatory Practice Management) 

 
  

 AEHR (Allscripts Electronic Health Record) --  is the UKHC Ambulatory Health Record system that is currently being implemented.  The curriculum has been established for these classes according to job responsibilities and title.  There are AEHR classes offered for Ambulatory Services being implemented based on provider, clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA), billing, call center, checkout and view only roles.  The Practice Managers currently register the employees for their area into training classes at time of implementation.  If you need additional information on the classes or the initial AEHR implementation rollout, please contact Gulden Smith at g.smith@uky.edu or email  Becky Heinrich.  

 

HQPM (HealthQuest Patient Management) -- is the UKHC inpatient and ancillary area registration system.  Anyone who needs to view patient demographic and visit information may take the HQPM Intro class.  Any staff whose essential job functions require use of registration functions in HQPM must take HQPM Registration class.  To determine which class(es) you should take, please click here 

 

SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) -- is the UKHC inpatient electronic medical record system.  The curriculum depends on job roles and titles.  SCM View Only classes are published in LSO for open registration.  There are special classes scheduled for nursing, physicians, medical students, physician assistants, social workers and othergroups not published in LSO.  The curriculum for these classes are tailored for the job roles of the users.  Contact Gulden Smith at g.smith@uky.edu if you need a class on SCM.
