Organ Transplant Tracking Record (OTTR)
As a network member you can access patient information via the Organ Transplant Tracking Record (OTTR) Web portal. OTTR provides:
- referring physicians with an easy-to-use web interface for instant access to their patient records
- Authorized users the ability to view their patient records at home, at the office, or while traveling because you only need access to a computer and an internet connection to review their patients’ records anytime and anywhere
OTTR features include:

- Medical demographics
- Laboratory results
- Referral, Evaluation, Candidate Listing, and Transplant history

- Diagnosis

- Progress notes
- Text documents

OTTR is a secured site that:
- Is HIPAA-compliant SSL encryption and password complexity enforcement
- Is HTML 4.0-compliant web pages (corresponding to Netscape 4.x/Internet Explorer 4.x)
- Provides support for multiple database back-end systems (Oracle 8.1, Oracle 9.2, and SQL Server 2000)
- Requires user account password must meet UKHC-ITS requirements
