Kentucky Women's Health Registry

The Kentucky Women's Health Registry is a key component of the Center for Women's Health. Researchers are discovering that women may react differently than men to the same drugs and treatments. The Kentucky Women's Health Registry is collecting information more information to find out why and help improve women's health for generations to come.

Kentucky women ages 18-89 are encouraged to participate. Simply fill out the confidential online survey, or call 1-800-929-2320 to receive a paper copy of the survey along with a prepaid postage return envelope.
